We have reserved a block of hotel rooms & ballrooms at the Embassy Suites (Carrier Circle) to throw the best Swifty Sleepover EVER!
Swifty Sleepover Packages start at $301.13
Each package includes Swifty Sleepover activities + hotel room for up to FOUR people (this includes children/adults). These are guidelines placed by the hotel that we must follow, no exceptions.
Reservation Package includes:
Hotel Room overnight stay 3/29/25 (King bed w/ pull-out couch)
Access to Swifty Sleepover activities in the ballrooms 4pm-9pm
(4) of Taylors signature Red Heart glasses w/ a welcome bag
Pizza party for participants (you are welcome to bring in your own food to your room too if desired)
Happy Hour cocktails 5-6:30pm (2 per adult, courtesy of the hotel)
Breakfast on 3/30/25
Additional Information: Check-in at the hotel is at 3pm on 3/29/25, check-out is 11am on 3/30/25. We will have a table set up to hand out your room keys, breakfast coupons, happy hour tickets, welcome bag & you'll get a bracelet to participate in the Sleepover activities. If you purchase any T-shirts/bags/cups, those will be distributed at check in. The hotel primarily has King Suites which is a king bed & pull out couch - please keep that in mind when booking. Sleepover attendees are allowed to use the hotel pool, but must follow pool rules (capacity limits apply). This event is geared towards 5-12 year old fans! We will release an itinerary by March 1st with a schedule of events from 4pm-9pm.
Guidelines: We ask everyone to be respectful of the hotels rules of their 10pm quiet time, as we are not the only guests in the hotel. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a guest from our event for any reason. Adults are expected to be with their children at all times.The Swifty Sleepover, nor the venue where this event is hosted, are responsible for guest's personal property. Please keep your personal items with you at all times. By participating in this event, you specifically release the event and the venue where this event is hosted, from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to your participation in these activities. In order to participate in the Swifty Sleepover you will need to book the package with us through this website, you will not be able to go directly to the hotel.
This should go without saying, but Taylor herself will not be there - this event is for Swifty FANS!
A portion of the proceeds from each room booked will go to the CATS at Humane CNY.
If you bring a donation of cat food or litter, you'll get a "KARMA IS A CAT" sticker!
